1. Are your shoes authentic?
Everything we sell is 100% authentic and each shoe will be checked thoroughly by a long time collector.

2. Are your prices negotiable?
We are a consignment shop. Prices are set usually by the buyer and agreed upon by us so prices most likely will not be negotiable.

3. Do you guys do phone orders?
Yes

4. What shipping method do you use?
Everything is shipped UPS with signature confirmation.

5. Do you buy shoes?
We will offer "quick cash" for people that don't want to go the consignment route. With quick cash sales, you will get an offer under market value, so we are able to turn the shoes for a profit after we invest.

6. How do you pay out on consignment?
When you consign a shoe with us and it sells, you will be sent a check in the mail. Local customers will have the option to pick up in-store.

7. Do you carry used sneakers?
Yes

8. What is your return policy?
Since shoes are consignment, all sales are final.

9. What method of payment do you accept?
Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Venmo & Afterpay

11. Do you offer any payment plans/Layaway?
We do offer a 2-week payment plan. We require a minimum deposit of $100 for the item you want to purchase. After you make the deposit, we will hold the shoe for 2 weeks (14 days) 
The deposit is non-refundable if payment in full is not made within 2 weeks. 

12. Do you charge storage fees for consigned pairs after a certain amount of time?
We do not charge storage fees but we will periodically check market prices and message you accordingly to update prices as need be. If you are not willing to update prices to be in line with current market values we will ask you to pick up your shoes. If shoes are not picked up after 30 days of proper correspondence, we reserve the right to donate the shoes and/or sell them are market value and keep the funds.
